If you accidentally took the Novynette contraceptive pill 12 hours too early, you should take the next pill less than 36 hours after taking the previous one, i.e. add 36 hours to 9 am. It will be 9 p.m. the next day.
In this situation, mid-cyclic spotting may occur, but despite the spotting, you will still be protected.
