Hello, my girlfriend is on birth control pills and recently the first we had intercourse without a condom, my girlfriend takes pills as regularly plus she was fresh after menstruation and I did not come in it so I have no idea if it is possible that she is pregnant. Because a week after intercourse she has vomiting plus abdominal pain, but there is also a strong runny nose and also cough and we wonder if it is caused by pregnancy or if it is just a disease

Proper use of birth control pills provides very high protection against pregnancy. The occurrence of pregnancy symptoms only a week after intercourse is very unlikely. Cough and runny nose are not typical symptoms of pregnancy.
