Can I take Slinda and a dietary supplement with saw palmetto at the same time?
Good morning, Can I take the Sabbath Palm supplement and Slinda contraception at the same time? Won't this reduce the effectiveness of contraception? Thank you and best regards, Marta

Dietary supplement with saw palmetto will not reduce the effectiveness of Slinda contraception - there is no reason to worry. Between preparations, however, I would recommend keeping at least 2-3 hours break.
