I have been taking atywia denille tablets since January, on Wednesday a week ago I skipped 3 tablets from the package, on Thursday I immediately took two, but 24 hours have passed since I skipped. On Saturday I had sex with my boyfriend, the intercourse was in a condom. But before that, a quantity of pre-ejculyat could get inside through a vibrator. On Tuesday I got brown vaginal discharge, today I got bleeding that looked like menstruation. Can this be a sign of fertilization?

Hello, I have a contraceptive implant and yesterday morning I had intercourse and in the evening I ate a cake from a large overgrown zucchini I woke up at night with nausea and once I passed a diarrized stool, only when I vomited I felt relief, but I still feel discomfort in the abdomen, is it possible that I poisoned myself with toxins from this zucchini? Can this situation weaken the effect of the contraceptive implant and is there a risk of pregnancy?

As a result of the transfer of the preejaculate to the vibrator and introduction into the vagina, the risk of pregnancy is very low, but it cannot be completely excluded.
And could the small amount of pre-ejculyat that could have penetrated from the vibrator caused fertilization? The whole intercourse was in the condom and the end was in the condom, but outside the vagina. Hence my question, could the mucus that was on the vibrator that was in the vagina after a while fertilize?

If you miss a tablet in the first week of using contraception and take it with a 24h delay, there is a possibility of lowering the contraceptive protection. Therefore, if there is a possibility of pregnancy within 7 days, this should be verified by performing a pregnancy test. The spotting that has occurred may indicate both fertilization or be unrelated to it. When using hormonal contraception, the appearance of intracyclic spots may occur. In order to confirm whether bleeding indicates embryo implantation, a pregnancy test should be performed.
