What should I do if I bleed during the first pack of Yasmin?

Good morning. I started the first pack of Yasmine tablets. After two days, the period stopped, there were only slight spotting. On the 11th day of taking the pills I got my period and it lasts to this day, i.e. the 7th day and I do not feel that the bleeding is weaker. Is this normal? Should I stop taking the medicine after this pack? On August 10, I go on vacation and I'm afraid that the bleeding will not stop.

Especially during the first months of using birth control pills, there may be intracyclic bleeding or spotting. This is not a cause for concern and you should continue to take the tablets according to the scheme. There is no rule as to how long such bleeding can last. It should be borne in mind that after possible discontinuation of the drug, withdrawal bleeding will occur - usually within 2-3 days.
