I noticed that Drovelis contains a different estrogen than my previous ones...

I noticed that Drovelis contains a different estrogen than my previous pills (Marvelon, Dorin, Vibin Mini, Belara). Does Drovelis have comparable effectiveness to other combined tablets? Can I take Drovelis and Gentle Iron (Solgar), folic acid (Solgar), vitamin D (Vigantoletten) and magnesium (Neomag) at the same time?
