Could bleeding in the middle of the cycle be due to skipping a withdrawal bleeding break?

Good morning I have been taking Vines tablets for 4 months. This month I didn't take a break, I skipped the placebo and moved on to the next package. Nevertheless, 2 days after the next package came, there was bleeding, but slight. Is it possible that these tablets are too weak? I also have frequent headaches with them.

If placebo tablets are missed, and thus a withdrawal bleed break, the likelihood of spotting or intracyclic bleeding increases. Information on this subject is contained in the package leaflet and the Summary of Product Characteristics. This does not indicate a malfunction of the tablets. In the matter of frequent headaches, it is worth seeking advice from your gynecologist.
