Good morning, For three days I take on the spine aglan and mydocalm. This morning I have an elevated heart rate between 90 and 115. I also feel pain in the temple on the left side and some jaw when moving. Can a heart rate be a symptom of taking these medications? I didn't take any mydocalm tonight? Is this a symptom of something else?

Side effects of Aglan include increased blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythm, palpitations which may include an increased heart rate. These are uncommon side effects affecting up to 1 in 100 people. The drug often causes headaches (in 1 in 10 people). Mydocalm may cause low blood pressure (affects up to 1 in 100 people), faster heartbeat, and a feeling of rapid and irregular heartbeat (affects 1 in 1000 people) which can be seen as an increase in heart rate. If you think that the symptoms are due to the use of medication, I encourage you to consult a doctor. Also, if the symptoms persist, I encourage you to consult a doctor.
