Can Qlaira stop menstrual bleeding?

Hi I take qlaira tablets for over a year, I had spotting regularly later every two months and now already 4 months I have nothing whether it is with these tablets or it is normal in April I was on control was all ok but I'm worried that these spotting now do not occur at all
