Can the use of 10 painkillers a month damage the stomach?

Using up to 10 tablets of painkiller per month is not high doses and there is no high risk of gastric irritation. Unless you suffer from stomach or duodenal ulcers, then even the occasional use of anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. with ibuprofen) may cause exacerbation of the symptoms of the disease. If the treatment carried out so far has proved ineffective, it may be worth consulting a doctor - a specialist may decide on short-term administration of steroids - locally (nasal) or orally. These drugs have a strong anti-inflammatory effect and can cure inflammation - then the use of painkillers will not be necessary.
