Can Dionelle, Glucophage or Spironol cause acne?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with pcos and a month ago the doctor prescribed me contraceptive pills dionelle, spironol (antiandrogenic effect) and glucophage xr500, because I have insulin resistance. 7 days ago I started taking 2 Dionelle blister and for a few weeks something has been popping up on my face all the time. I have not had such acne for a long time. How long should this be normalized? Do the other drugs they take also have an effect on this?
