What should I do if I have unusual spotting after a year of using Madinette?

I developed brown spotting less than a week before the end of the contraceptive pill (the last day of taking is Tuesday). I've never had such a situation, what could it be related to? I take tablets for more than a year. In this blister I also started taking them at 1 am, and before that I took about 20/21 The drug is madinette

The occurrence of unusual spotting after a year of using Madinette contraceptive pills should be consulted with a doctor. You can also use the teleadvice offered m.in by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja The occurrence of spotting may be one of the side effects of the drug. I encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects. Reporting adverse reactions allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
