I took the first active tablet of Axia conti on Tuesday without one placebo tablet - when the pack ends, can I extend one day of placebo to start again on Wednesdays?

Good morning, on Wednesday I had to start a new pack of new contraceptive pills (axia conti) I turned and took the first pill on Tuesday, does skipping one placebo pill affect it? And when the pack runs out, can I extend one day of placebo to start again on Wednesdays?😫

Shortening the period of taking placebo by one day will not affect the effectiveness of the drug, but changes the day of taking the first active tablet to Tuesday. Placebo intake should not be extended. To change the day you start your withdrawal bleeding, you can shorten the duration of placebo tablets by as many days as you want, but you may not experience withdrawal bleeding.
