Good morning, I have an intramural fibroid that has been causing me for 4 months now, I would say uninterruptedly constant losses, sometimes even very abundant. I started first with progestin, but nothing to do, then with estrogen-progestin, nothing, now I've been taking ryeqo for a month. After the first 3 weeks in which I had only spotting phenomena for a week I started to have discharge again (the first days abundant). From the ultrasound some slight results on the fibroid can be seen as well as the ovarian cyst I had of 5 cm has decreased to 3. I really hoped that this drug would help me find some peace but it seems that at this point the only way is to remove the uterus, as all the gynecologists who have examined me in these two years have advised me. I'm 46 years old, I've never had children (never looked for) but I honestly don't understand why if I have a fibroid "stuck in the uterus" I have to remove the uterus and not the fibroid. As if I had a thorn in my finger and they took my hand away. In the meantime I ask: can I take the tranex to see if I can reduce the bleeding and if so in what daily quantity? I would not like there to be contraindications with ryeqo
