It is also associated with side effects that are not so big that they would prevent me from functioning (the benefits are greater than the losses) BUT my point is that the effect of the drug is too short! and getting off it is quite unpleasant. During the day, this causes a bit of wobble in my case. Is it possible to divide the drug twice a day? First thing in the morning and a little later the second dose so that the drug stops working as late as possible. For example, 2 hours before bedtime. I also understand that this is a test phase and you have to be patient before you choose the perfect dose together with your doctor or completely change the drug. However, you have to function somehow on a daily basis and I will have my next visit in about a month. Please notice what will be best in such a situation.

At the moment I do this treatment prescribed by the specialist, that is, 1 tablet in the morning of Zoloft of 50 and 10 drops of depas in the evening, Zoloft acts on serotonin, depas acts on gaba, I see an improvement, I have been doing it for a month but Zoloft gives me side effects and that is sexual dysfunction and weight gain, an uncontrolled hunger, so I wondered if I could add bupropion 150 mg one tablet a day, and scale Zoloft from 50 to half a tablet, as the beneficial effects of bupropion should compensate for the side effects of Zoloft, thus disappearing sexual problems, lack of desire, erection and orgasm, and control hunger.
