Good morning! Can I combine bupropion (Welbox 150 mg) with doxylamine (Noctis 12.5 mg) when I take one tablet of Welbox in the morning and one tablet of Noctis in the evening? Every day?

Do not combine these drugs. The Safety Data Sheet for Noctis states that the medicine should not be combined with preparations containing bupropion - the active substance of Welbox. According to the manufacturer: "Strong inhibitors of CYP450 isoenzymes must not be used together with doxylamine due to the potential risk of potentiation of the effect of doxylamine and thus an increased risk of side effects, including sedative effects during the day." As for the drug Noctis 12.5 mg - treatment should be as short as possible. Treatment usually lasts from a few days to one week. The drug should not be used for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
