When do the side effects of dizziness, pressure and dullness disappear after taking pregabalin? Good morning, I have been taking Duloxetine Zenitiva 30mg dose from 3 days in the morning and Pregabalin Sandoz from 2 days 50mg dose per evening. The first effects of therapy can usually be observed after about 2 weeks. If after this time the side effects persist and the effect of therapy is insufficient, you should consult a doctor.
