Hello, if I have side effects of taking contraceptive tables, can I stop taking them on my own, before visiting a gynecologist? The effects are unwanted spotting, lower abdominal pain and nausea, but I have to wait at least a week for an appointment. Can I just stop taking the pills in this situation?
