Can diarrhoea before taking Axia Plus affect its effectiveness?

Good morning, today about 8 I had diarrhea, perhaps acute. There was a fainting. I took a stoperan, drank two glasses of mint. At 10 o'clock I should take the axia plus tablet, is the protection maintained if the diarrhoea occurred before taking the tablet? Should I wait a period of time before taking axia plus?

If bowel movements / diarrhea occur shortly after taking the tablet, there is a risk that it will not have time to absorb / dissolve and will be excreted. However, bowel movements before taking Axia Plus will not affect its effectiveness in any way.
