Mieloguard is a dietary supplement, by definition it has no medicinal properties. We wrote more about the difference between drugs and dietary supplements here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-roznia-sie-leki-od-suplementow The guidelines for the treatment of polyneuropathy do not take into account the use of dietary supplements, only medications. First-line treatments are: 1) Gabapentinoids, e.g. Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Mirogabalin 2) Serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, e.g. Duloxetine, Desvenlafaxine. All these medicines are available with a prescription only and should not be used without consulting a specialist.
