I do not understand the question - the point is whether the use of the drug at different hours of 15, 16, 17 or 18 affects the effectiveness of the drug? As a rule - such small time differences should not adversely affect the effectiveness of tablets, but - for my own psychological comfort I would recommend taking the drug at one fixed hour every day.
