Is it normal that after depression gave up physical activity, when I tried to return to it, I could not, because I quickly got tired and felt pain? How to deal with it?

Yes, it is normal that after a long break from physical activity we observe a decrease in endurance, form and more frequent muscle pain after an effort that was not felt before. I recommend the "small steps" method, i.e. gradual activation and staged work on the condition and strength of the body. It is worth starting with walks, which can be slightly extended every day, etc. I advise against "forced" activity.
