Will anything happen if I skipped the break at Atywia Daily?

Hello, what should I do if I forgot to take a week break from using Atywia Daily? I always took breaks recently because of vomiting I took a tablet from a new blister, I threw away the old one because I only had a placebo left. On Thursday I should start a break but by accident I took a tablet from a new blister, not a placebo but a normal one. Will nothing happen if I don't take a break and keep taking the pills?
