Can I exceptionally take a Vines tablet earlier?

Good morning or nothing will happen if tomorrow I take the contraceptive pill vines once, so somewhere from 30 minutes to godizny earlier than usual. Every day I take at 7 o'clock or the effectiveness will not decrease if tomorrow I take it so at 6 or 6: 30 because I have a trip and I do not want to take them with me. And should I take normally as always at 7 in the following days?

The tablet should be taken every day, more or less at the same time of day - that is, about +/- 2 hours in both directions - in your case between 5 and 9.
