Is it possible to shorten the withdrawal bleeding break using Atywie?

Good morning, I am currently taking Atywia Daily contraceptive pills. I am on the 25th tablet (ie 4 placebo tablet) already there was spotting. To shorten the "period" can I start taking tablets with the active substance from the next blister?

Yes, you can start taking the active substance tablets from the next blister earlier. This is in accordance with the Summary of Product Characteristics: "The interval may be shortened by any number of days. The shorter the break, the greater the risk that withdrawal bleeding will not occur and that minor intracyclic bleeding and spotting will occur while taking the tablets from the next pack (similar to delayed withdrawal bleeding)."
