What should I do if I missed 2 Vibin tablets?

I take vibin tablets a few years, I skipped two tablets, one last from the 2nd row and the first from the 3rd row, today I have to take 2 of the 3rd row? What to do please help. I got spotting

If more than 1 tablet is missed, an additional method of contraception should be used for 7 days. If you miss a tablet from week 3 and misuse the tablets from week 2, the manufacturer recommends that you take the last forgotten tablet immediately, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. Continue taking the tablets at the usual time until you finish taking the active tablets. Discard the 7 tablets from the last row (placebo tablets) and start taking the tablets from the next blister straight away. Withdrawal bleeding usually does not occur until the tablets containing the active substances from the second blister are finished, but in some cases spotting or intracyclic bleeding may occur on the days when the tablets are used. In case of doubt, I recommend consulting a doctor, because the answer is a theoretical procedure in this type of situation, and is not individual advice. In such a situation, it is certainly necessary to use additional protection, because the effectiveness of contraception may be reduced.
