Is the Anafranil dose of 10mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening correct?

Is the dose of Anafranil 10mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening not too small a dose and does such a small dose make sense at all? And so I have to take for 3 months. A few years ago I had a dose: 1 tablet of Anafranil SR75 per day, and later 2 tablets of Anafranil SR75 per day.

To @Andrzej: Symptoms such as impaired concentration or drowsiness may appear in the initial period of treatment. If you have previously experienced visual disturbances, convulsions and memory problems, it is highly likely that when you change your dosage, your symptoms will reappear. If you observe these types of symptoms, it may be worth asking your doctor for a sick leave and staying at home for this time.

I work in an office and I have a question, how will the drug affect my work, will I be able to work normally as before? Because, as I remember, at the beginning I had a visual disturbance, convulsions, a memory problem.

The usual daily doses of Anfranil range from 25mg to 250mg. The dose, the method of administration and the duration of treatment with a given dose depend on the condition and the patient's current state of health. Anafranil treatment is started with low doses, which are then gradually increased until improvement is achieved and the maintenance dose is started. The dosage of Anafranil in the 10mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening is within the range of the usual doses. If the dosage regimen determined in this way is not enough for you, you should consult your doctor.
