Can a pregnancy test that has been stored incorrectly give a false negative result? The test I did spent two days in the car, and the temperature outside at night is minus.

If the storage conditions of the pregnancy test have deviated significantly from room temperature for several days, its effectiveness may be reduced. This is rather unlikely, but we cannot rule it out. The best solution will be to repeat the test (preferably from the same company) and perform it the next day using morning urine.
