Can I switch to placebo if I have diarrhea on the 19th Vibin tablet?

Please give me quick advice. I take Vibin at the same time at 7pm. Yesterday I also took at 19 and at the same time I started the third week of tablets from this blister. Unfortunately, I got acute diarrhea, lasted all night until the morning.I took coal because I could not cope. Of course, I guess that the tablet was not well absorbed. In the leaflet it says - that I can go to placebo and then start a new pack. So today at 7 pm I start taking a placebo?right?

Yesterday's tablet should then be treated as omitted. So in your case, yesterday was the first day of a 7-day placebo break. Today, at 7 pm, take the second placebo tablet and use the placebo until the end of the pack (one placebo tablet should be discarded). Then the protection will be preserved. However, bleeding or mid-cyclic spotting may occur. It is important that the interval between active tablets is not longer than 7 days.
