Why did I get one of the three Yasminelle packages in foil and not the rest?
Good morning, in the pharmacy I was given two packages of tablets in a cardboard package and one only in foil. What could be the cause? Unfortunately, I noticed it only at home and it puzzles me a bit.

The reason is probably a change in the packaging of the drug by the manufacturer. The version with foil is the version that has been in force so far, perhaps the responsible entity is withdrawing from plastic wrapping and switching to a more ecological, cardboard version of packaging. There is no reason to worry - from what I see the drug from the "old" batch, with foil, has a distant expiration date, you can safely use it.
