Heavy bleeding when using Drovelis contraceptive pills - what to do?

She has been using Drovelis tablets for 4 months and the bleeding has still not decreased. It starts during the penultimate / last placebo tablet and lasts as long as before use (6 days), and the bleeding is still very heavy (I got the tablets mainly because of the abundance) and I do not know whether to change or wait until the bleeding is shorter and scant (if at all). Best regards.

The adaptation period during the use of birth control pills, during which the body adapts to the hormonal changes occurring in the body, usually lasts 2-3 cycles. If after 4 cycles the abundance of bleeding has not changed, it is worth consulting with your doctor about the advisability of changing tablets. If necessary, you can consult a gynecologist on-line: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem If your doctor decides to continue using Drovelis, below is a link to track the availability and reservation of the drug at the pharmacy of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/111326/drovelis-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
