Hello, If I have a prescription for 10g of medical marijuana Cannabis Flos THC 20%, CBD ≤ 0.5% (Canopy Growth) but it is not available anywhere in my area, can I ask at the pharmacy for a replacement? NP. Cannabis Flos THC 18% CBD ≤ 1% (S-Lab) instead of Canopy Growth? I see that this particular variety in pharmacies is not missing.

If you want to obtain a different variety of medical marijuana than the one written on the prescription, you should obtain a new, correctly written prescription. In order to obtain a prescription, you should consult your doctor again. This is strange, to say the least. I have a prescription for the drug Krypton (25% THC), which was supposed to be there, but it is not available in pharmacies. Why can't I ask for a substitute, even 5 grams, of Aurora Deutschland (22% THC)? And I have to wait until the wholesaler receives the drug with a higher THC content? This is absurd.
