Could vitamin C withdrawal have somehow affected the Microgynon tablets taken later and their effectiveness?

Hello. I started taking 1 pack of Microgynon 21 on the 2nd day of menstruation. Before menstruation, I stopped taking vitamin C 1000 mg a day, which I took irregularly for about 1.5/2 weeks in the winter, because I did not always remember to take it. Could discontinuation of this vitamin somehow affect the tablets taken later and their effectiveness?

No, stopping vitamin C before you start using Microgynon tablets will not affect their effectiveness. Starting to take birth control pills on the second day of your cycle may not provide full protection against pregnancy - you should use condoms for the next seven days.
