Could vitamin C withdrawal have somehow affected the Microgynon tablets taken later and their effectiveness?

Hello. I started taking 1 pack of Microgynon 21 on the 2nd day of menstruation. Before menstruation, I stopped taking vitamin C 1000 mg a day, which I took irregularly for about 1.5/2 weeks in the winter, because I did not always remember to take it. Could discontinuation of this vitamin somehow affect the tablets taken later and their effectiveness?
