Hey, I'd like to start supplementation. Vitamin C 1000, Vitamin D 1000, magnesium, etc. do these vitamins have any effect on the tablets?

Vitamin C above 1000 mg may alter the absorption and concentration of ethinylestradiol and make the cycle irregular; Also, sudden discontinuation of vitamin C can reduce the level of estrogen in the blood - in both cases, the change in the concentration of hormones in the blood increases the risk of side effects, which may result in an increase in the risk of ovulation and unplanned pregnancy; It is worth emphasizing, however, that the data on this subject are few, debatable and ambiguous, but due to the fact that the leaflets of some contraceptives (e.g. Belara) contain such warnings, the effect of vitamin C on contraception cannot be completely excluded. For this reason, I would advise reducing the dose of vitamin C to 200-500 mg. The rest of the preparations that you have been recommended do not adversely affect the effectiveness of contraception. I encourage you to read and familiarize yourself with the availability of medicines in online pharmacies cooperating with our portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/68343/rutinoscorbin-witamina-c-forte-kapsulki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
