Can I get an e-prescription from a Ukrainian doctor living in Ukraine for a sedative, specifically Alprox, 1mg. The doctor is not a psychiatrist or neurologist, she deals with ultrasound. Could such a recipe be implemented in Poland?

No, according to the Pharmaceutical Law in Poland, it is not possible to fill a cross-border prescription (e-prescription and paper prescription) for benzodiazepine drugs.
