Vixpo birth control pills were lying near the steamer that I ironed and steam could gush on the packaged pills where the Vixpo contraceptive pills were. Will the pills still be effective if they were hidden in the blister?

Such a short exposure of high-temperature water vapor could not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pills. There is no reason to worry, protection against pregnancy will remain preserved.
