Can I change Oxydolor to Bunondol?

Is it possible to replace oxydolor with bunondol (will switching cause withdrawal reactions after oxycodone)? Currently, I take oxydolor in a dose of 160mg / day, but due to the change in reimbursement, now I have to be prescribed these drugs at 100%, which is associated with high costs. In addition to the big difference in price, I've also heard that bunondol is also easier to reduce the dose.

No, unfortunately there is no other opiate that can act as a temporary substitute. Please follow your doctor's instructions.

I saw an anaesthesiologist yesterday and I have two options if I want to get off oxycodone. 1. Discontinuation of oxo and replacing it with bubronerphine 2. Reduction of oxy to a minimum (eg 20-40mg) and only replacement with bubpronerfin. The only problem is that they are different drugs and do not work together. Is there an opiate from the same group as oxycodone that could act as a temporary substitute? I mean only relapses of withdrawal syndrome, because even at a small dose he feels relatively well, and the attacks of the syndrome. Set-back They often appear with Nienacka in various situations.

Your doctor should determine the right way to change your medications. Please follow the directions obtained during the doctor's visit.

Today I was at the anaesthesiologist, I made a change of medication. I have pezepisane 60szt bunondolu 0.4 and 60szt 40mg (in case of recurrence of withdrawal syndrome) oxycodone. I note that I have not taken oxycodone for four days (I replaced it with tramadol and alprazolam). The doctor advised me to try to normalize the dose himself. My question is: Is bupronerphine strong enough to block the withdrawal effects of oxycodone (I took 2x80mg). If so, what dose of bunondol would be best to take.

From the available literature, it is possible to completely switch to buprenorphine. As I mentioned below, with a properly conducted change of medication, it takes place smoothly and without major side effects.

Thank you very much. I have contact with an anaesthesiologist, but I can catch it once a month, so I wonder if it makes sense, especially since many patients praise this change, if only because it is easier to get off the dose. I suffer from chronic pain syndrome after acute pancreatitis, it is a very sharp recurring pain. My only concern is whether bupronerphine will be taken after oxycodone, because taking both drugs initially to zero oxycodone and leave bupronerphine in the form of Bunondole. And ideally, arganism would famously adopt a change of medication. I will mention that the doctor in a sense gave me the opportunity to choose a drug, but I do not want to go from oxycodone to morphine. I know all too well the effects of opioid withdrawal.

If you decide to change your pain medicine from Oxydolor to Bunondol, you should talk to your doctor. The doctor should inform you about how to change the preparation. According to the available literature, a properly carried out change should not cause side effects: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/14159/bunondol-tabletki-podjezykowe/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/58572/oxydolor-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki If it is not possible to consult the attending physician, you can also use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the portal Gdziepolek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I encourage you to read additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/narkotyczne-leki-przeciwbolowe-opioidy https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-powoduja-uzaleznienie
