Can ibuprofen, baclofen and omeprazole be used at the same time?

Good morning This week, after taking a few different medications, there was an interaction as a result of which for a few days I have been suffering from severe stomach pains and I suffer from reflux. I took Jerusalem balm, dolodobendan, helicid 20 mg, ibuprofen 800 mg and baclofen 10 mg. Should I continue to use helicid and stop taking other medications in this situation? How do I fix my problem?

Between the substances contained in the preparations mentioned in the question (ibuprofen, baclofen, benzocaine and cetylpyridinium chloride (Dolo-Dobendan), omeprazole (Helicid) and Jerusalem balsam, only ibuprofen and baclofen were interacted with. This interaction may lead to a delay in the excretion of baclofen, which may lead to toxic effects. The simultaneous use of both drugs is recommended to be carried out under the strict supervision of a doctor. You did not mention in your question the reasons why the use of these medicines was recommended. As baclofen is a prescription-only substance, both the initiation and discontinuation of its use should be decided by the doctor. As for the rest of the drugs, it is worth paying attention to ibuprofen. The maximum single dose of ibuprofen is 600mg, while the maximum daily dose for pain and fever is 1200mg. Due to the fact that this drug can cause bleeding of the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract, its use is recommended to be limited to the lowest possible doses, used for the shortest possible time. These side effects are especially exposed to people suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease. If the use of ibuprofen has been recommended to achieve only analgesic and antipyretic effects, it is worth considering replacing it with paracetamol (eg Apap) or metamizole sodium (eg Pyralgina). If the use of ibuprofen is aimed at obtaining anti-inflammatory effects, its further use or modification of therapy should be consulted with a doctor. It is also worth considering stopping the use of Dolo-Dobendan tablets, because it is possible that stomach disorders are related to their intake.
