According to the Amotaks summary of product characteristics: "Concomitant administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics, including amoxicillin (Amotaks), with oral contraceptives may reduce their efficacy." In this case, use an additional safety device (condom) until the end of the current pack of Microgynon tablets.
