Does vomiting 5 hours after taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?
Good morning, if I took the contraceptive pill at 21:30 and vomiting began at 3 something and lasted intermittently until 5 o'clock with I was already vomiting bile, is the effectiveness of the pill still maintained and I will be protected the same?

The occurrence of vomiting more than 5 hours after taking the contraceptive pill does not affect the effectiveness of the drug taken. Subsequent tablets should be taken at the same time.
