Kostarox and Co-Amlessa are prescription drugs that can be used together if the doctors ordering the preparations have been informed about all the drugs used. When taking Kostarox and Co-Amlessa at the same time, blood pressure may increase. Therefore, patients using simultaneously drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Kostarox) and antihypertensive drugs (Co-Amlessa) should regularly monitor the pressure, e.g. by keeping a pressure control diary. Patients taking Co-Amlesse and Kostarox who have kidney impairment should be aware of adequate hydration and renal function should be monitored regularly.
