Does loose stool 2 hours after taking the pill and vomiting after 7 hours reduce the effectiveness of Vines contraceptive pills?

Writing about loose stool I meant a stool that is not compacted with each other but more excreted by such loose parts

To @Alina: Please read the package leaflet carefully and decide for yourself. At this point, it is worth noting that a different answer could have resulted from a different formulation of the question. One loose stool is not considered diarrhoea, as referred to in the leaflet of the medicine.
