When to put on another Ginoring disc if I pulled out the last one a day later? Is contraceptive protection preserved?
Hello, for a year I have been using ginoring discs I always pull out and put them on Tuesdays around 3 pm, and this time I forgot about it and pulled the disc out on Wednesday at 7 pm and then there was bleeding which normally happened somehow 2 days after pulling out, when I have to insert another disc and is additional contraception indicated?

Contraceptive protection is preserved. The next disc should be set up after a 7-day break, i.e. on the next Wednesday. There is no need for an additional method of contraception.
