Good morning, I have a question about birth control pills. They should not be exposed to too high or too low temperatures, as well as to moisture. I have to take a 10-hour flight on a plane that I can't take my medication on. They will be carried in checked baggage in the hold where, as you know, the temperature is lower, but does not fall below zero. Will such transport be harmful to them? How can they be protected so that they do not lose their properties?

The carrying of tablets in checked baggage should not affect their properties. Please note that the suitcase and its contents will additionally isolate the tablets from the low temperatures in the hold. To increase safety, you can wrap them in aluminum foil or, for example, pack them in a heat-insulating bag. You can buy such a bag at an online pharmacy with on-site collection or delivery to the address https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87383/apteo-care-torebka-termoizolacyjna-wielokrotnego-uzytku-pojemnik/apteki I also invite you to read the information on the storage of medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki
