If I take Amoksiklav today (using Vines tablets permanently), will the ratio from a few days ago be secured?

I take Vines tablets. Three days ago (pt) I had sex. At the moment (Mon) he is taking placebo tablets from a blister (2 tablets from 4 placebo). On Wednesday I have to start the new packaging. Today, the doctor prescribed me Amoksiklav. If I take it, will the ratio from a few days ago be secured?

Sperm live in the genital tract for an average of 2-3 days, so even if taking the first antibiotic tablet were to disrupt the action of contraceptive pills, intercourse should be secured. When taking an antibiotic (and 7 days later), additional protective methods (condom) should be used.
