Good morning, I have been taking madinette birth control pills for more than half a year and I am concerned about the earlier spotting and the appearance of bleeding before the breaks between the pills. What does that mean? I have 6 more tablets left from the blister

It is probably spotting or mid-cycle bleeding - a side effect, often accompanying the use of contraceptive pills. They can occur not only at the beginning of the use of contraceptive pills, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This is usually not a cause for concern. If the pills were used as directed, then contraceptive protection remains preserved.
