Good morning I mean Vixpo birth control pills What if I took 22 active pills instead of 24 active pills and then I took 4 placebo pills and started a new pack of Vixpo pills I mean that I took 22 active pills instead of 24, is something going to happen to me?

Yes, if in the next cycle you use the tablets in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, their effectiveness will be preserved.
I understand but if I take 4 placebo tablets later and then take Vixpo tablets again, it should be OK?

If you missed 2 tablets, you should reckon with the fact that the contraceptive effectiveness of Vixpo may not be preserved. Irregular intake of tablets may result in a higher risk of cycle disorders such as spotting or mid-cycle bleeding.
