Hi I write again, because I prefer to ask and make sure. Before the time change, I took Vines birth control pills every day at 20:00. Today, during the time change (1h back) I took them again evenly after 24 hours, i.e. at 19:00. So from now on, after the time change for the winter, I should take them every day at 19:00 to maintain these 24h difference? If I take medication at 20:00 new time, will it negatively affect the effectiveness of contraception?

To @Wika: as I have already written - if you took the pill after 23 hours, and not after 24 hours, because you made such a decision after the time change and now you take it at 19:00, it will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
Sure, thank you. And I will ask, when I took the pills at 20:00 (old time), then taking the pills in the new time falls on 19:00 to maintain 24 hours? Because I started taking now from 2 days at 19:00 new time. If it was less than 24 hours between pills, will it affect the effectiveness of contraception?

One hour difference in the time of taking the drug will not affect the effectiveness of Vines tablets. It doesn't really matter if you stay at 20:00 or if you move the time of taking the pill by an hour. I suggest you do as you are comfortable. I enclose additional information about the drug Vines, which can be booked on GdziePoLek and picked up stationary at the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
