I take Qlaira tablets, I forgot the day before yesterday to take one tablet (from day 19 on the blister) and according to the prompt in the leaflet, I started a new pack yesterday and today there was bleeding , is this normal?

Good morning I take qlaira tablets, I forgot before yesterday to take one tablet (from day 19 located on the blister) and according to the hint on the package I started a new package yesterday and today there was bleeding , is it normal? If I had not forgotten the pill, the bleeding would not have occurred until next Wednesday.

If you miss a tablet and need to change the way you take Qlaira, you may have an impact on reduced cycle control and the consequent occurrence of e.g. mid-cycle spotting. Mid-cycle bleeding is a fairly common side effect of Qlaira tablets. If the situation repeats itself during the next months of use, I suggest making an appointment with a gynecologist.
