To @aaaa: Yes, you should finish taking the active tablets and skip the 4-day break, immediately go to the new package. There is no need to protect yourself additionally with a condom, protection is preserved. The manufacturer also provides the following information: "Until the end of the use of active tablets from the second pack, no withdrawal bleeding should occur, however, during the days when the woman takes the tablets, spotting or mid-cycle bleeding may occur."
the tablets I take are vixpo (two-component), that is, I have to finish taking the tablets from the blister but do not take a 4-day break and start a new blister

The procedure depends on what tablets you use. If these are two-component tablets (they contain two active substances, e.g. Vines 24+4) - you should continue taking active tablets, and placebo tablets should be discarded and immediately go to the new package. If these are tablets 21+ 7 days break - you should finish taking the tablets, and skip the 7-day break. If you use one-component tablets, e.g. Slinda - you should finish taking active tablets, skip the placebo and go straight to the next package. With one-component tablets, you should additionally use a condom for 7 days from the aforementioned skipping of the tablet.
